Concept
Ain TheMachine was dared by Polyend to venture out on a winter day in Berlin with their newest product, the Tracker Mini, and craft a track utilizing whatever I could find along the way. As someone who can’t resist a challenge, ATM eagerly accepted.
Music
The resulting piece is a techno-inspired track that boasts an important plot twist: ATM incorporated a Spanish guitar with detuned jazz chords, which is an entirely new and exciting experience for him. This departure from his usual musical style is likely to be equally novel for you, given that nearly 99% of his work hasn’t featured any “traditional” instruments.
