Overview
Liberty Seguros is an international subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Group, a Boston based insurance company. In 2017 they won the “Best Place to Work” competition in Spain; most of the votes coming from their own employees.
Concept
To celebrate the prize, they decided to create a surprise party for their employees during a normal work day. Ain TheMachine was asked to compose a song with the employees from the differnte company’s offices, all located in different cities: Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao.
Music
The employees literally took part in the construction of the song. They sang the harmonies, the baseline and the chorus and also played their daily work objects as instruments.
